Star News INDONESIA, Wednesday, (25 December 2024). PUNCAK - The warm Christmas atmosphere was felt in Mayuberi Village, North Ilaga District, Puncak Regency, Papua, on Wednesday (25/12/2024).
This celebration involved not only the Christian community but also all the villagers and soldiers of the Buaya Putih Battalion, united in togetherness and love.
As a form of care, the soldiers distributed essential food packages containing snacks, educational toys, guitars, and wearable clothes to the local children and residents. Joy was reflected on the faces of the villagers, especially the children, who received the meaningful gifts.

Mr. Isak Labene, a community leader in Mayuberi Village, expressed his appreciation for the event. "We hope that activities like this can be held regularly. By respecting and appreciating each other, we can build a harmonious and prosperous society," he said.
This celebration demonstrated that tolerance and brotherhood can thrive amid diversity. The Indonesian National Army, through the Buaya Putih soldiers, not only performs its duty of maintaining national security but also makes a positive impact on the community.
